 Business Communications Manager 450 – 30 to 300 Users

Designed specifically for medium-sized businesses the BCM 450 leverages both IP and traditional digital technologies simultaneously and paves the way for your move from an IP-enabled to a pure IP deployment, allowing an organization to participate in the benefits of the latest technologies.

 

BCM 450 has a lot to offer with several integrated,value-added business applications, an extensive telephony feature set, advanced networking, centralized configuration/monitoring and embedded security throughout. The base model supports up to 100 users and up to 300 users with the Capacity Expansion Card.

Key components include the Business Element Manager, GUI-based System Reset, and Reboot Optimization functions. As well as a comprehensive task-based Troubleshooting Guide. New Business Communications Manager hardware components, including the Base Function Tray, Chassis Interface Board and Capacity Expansion Card.

Broad-Connect will help you get the most from your investment even though the BCM is being discontinued in March 2012 and support will no longer be available after 2017.

Meet-Me Conferencing – The Meet-Me Conferencing allows parties to establish a teleconference for up to 120 total participants with 60 simultaneous participants on one conference. Calling into a specified telephone number and extension at an agreed-upon time is required.

Dynamic Conferencing – Simply and efficiently, initiate a teleconference call in the moment with up to 120 participants without the need for a conference operator or service.

Unified Messaging – BCM 450 consolidates voice, fax, and email messages onto PCs, laptops or PDAs, and manages them through one standard application.

Automated Attendant – Answers calls to your business with personalized greetings and menu options, and routes calls to the right people or departments.

Computer Telephony Integration – Enables you to use third-party PC-based applications to control telephone services.

Activity Reporter – This reporting system provides telephony data metrics (e.g., Call Accounting, Auto Attendant Call Routing and Voicemail) that has advanced reporting capabilities.

Advanced Paging Productivity Pack – Where ever paging and text messaging are used this suite of advanced applications can increase employee productivity, improve customer service and streamline business processes.
